A true 'paddock to plate' experience in the kitchen of popular television show 'River Cottage Australia'.
This is an opportunity to learn from television host, chef and cookbook author Paul West, or one of their specialised teachers. Classes are hands on, and involve cooking everything from scratch, focusing on seasonality and sustainability. Featuring baking, pastries, cheese making and butchery, there is something for everyone at the cooking school.
Classes take place on location at the River Cottage Australia farm, which is situated in heritage listed town Central Tilba on the far south coast, surrounded by the beautiful Gulaga mountain range.
Paul and their specialised teachers will share their thoughts and experiences about growing and raising produce from scratch - it's a true farm to fork experience.
All guests on the farm will be treated to a delicious morning tea, followed by a hands on farm tour to meet their favourite farm animals face to face, and a delicious lunch out in the countryside.
